It's that time again when thousands of kiwi music lovers flock to Wanaka for the biannual Rippon Festival held at Rippon Vineyard above Lake Wanaka this Waitangi Weekend. Offering festival goers stunning views out over the lake, the sell-out festival has an all star line up of kiwi talent including Kora, Katchafire, Trinity Roots and The Datsuns who will entertain the crowd this Saturday. Wanaka River Journeys wishes to congratulate the organisers and winners of the recent Challenge Wanaka iron distance triathlon. Australian Aaron Farlow and kiwi Gina Crawford performed well to win their respective races as did all 1300 plus athletes who took part.
